Dresses

I have recently been into dresses, and am looking for cheap, casual and fancy ones. I looked around and, to my dismay I didn't find any shops that suited my needs. But then, out of know where came... Forever 21! My new obsession: Forever 21 why: they're cheap, cute, and they have lots of accessories.;)
